The Forestry and Agricultural Biotechnology Institution is part of the University of Pretoria. During 2012, FOX5 started development on a new online platform to promote academic research and provide FABI with an online information repository where information and researchers are tagged and referenced. The system has evolved ever since and components of the system are used in many other website and systems which FOX5 develops.
